Cellblock 13 Ward13 Slingback Jock Brief:

With the same seamless pouch material and waistband design as the jockstrap above but with the look of a brief up front and jockstrap in back. Seriously, the Ward13 Slingback Jockstrap is one of the hottest looking and most comfortable jock briefs out there. Starting from the sides of the pouch, black stretchy panels travel from front to back, narrowing as they go and end up in the back to become the leg straps.
