Drasko Bogdanovic Male Erotic Photography

One of my New Years resolutions is to try to be more consistent with updates with MustBeGay Blog. With 3 other blogs, Jockstrap Central and two underwear sites, my time is limited and MustBeGay is the site that always seems to be last on my list of priorities. But I’m going to really try hard to update at least once a week from here on in. Now on to the new post…

Was surfing the net today looking for artistic male nude photography and came across Jeff Compasso’s photography website, and although I loved all his body of work, it was his Knot Quite Naked series that really caught my eye. Using ties (and bow ties) tied, draped over, and binding men’s bodies and body parts he creates some pretty wonderful images. The falling fabric complement the stunning lines of the models muscles and curvatures.

I have to also comment on Jeff’s taste in models, they are so my type – handsome and rugged and adds honesty to the allusion of the businessman in suit and tie.

PERFECTGUYZ : PERFECTLY BACKLIT

I was going to do a typical adult website post for PerfectGuyz on one of their multitude of perfectly stunning handsome naked men, but after going through their hundreds of photosets, I started to see a cool trend. Their incredible photographer always seems to throw in a few artistic back lit shots in each photoshoot which quickly became my favorite shots.

I will say that I’m really impressed with the quality of the PerfectGuyz guys. They have an amazing track record for getting only the most handsome refined guys – the type that you’d expect in an Abercrombie ad or a Herb Ritz photograph. A lot of sites seem to settle for models, as I imagine it’s a struggle to find new models every single week, let alone good models all the time. I have a feeling PerfectGuyz pay well which gives them a better roster of models to choose from. Regardless, their site name says it all – these guys are stunners.

Manopoly, also known as Felix Drobek-Truesdale has been photographing men for quite some time. He modestly describes his incredible work as merely “capturing bits of light on things of beauty” Beauty being the men. Of course it was hard to choose from all the fantastic photos from his online gallery, but then I saw the furry themed one, and I knew what I was supposed to do. (I know, i’m obsessed with hairy guys)

Felix has an extensive published body of work, and according to StudioGuyzMag “For 2008, Felix will be publishing two new calendars and a DVD for the US based publishing house titled ‘Edge and Fourty Plus’ and accompaning DVD of the same title documenting ‘a behind the scenes’ look at the artist at work.”

So, I have a problem, do I post this video with a cameo of a cute, hot Guy in a jockstrap here – or do I post it on my other blog, Jockstrapping? Well it is really really Gay…but hey the Guy in the jockstrap is really cute too! Take a look at the vid caps I got of him. NAKED FOR A CAUSE

Not that I think we need a cause to get naked, but if that’s what it’s going to take to get those hot Australian Rugby and Football players to take their clothes off then I’m going to support it. In all seriousness though Naked For A Cause is fighting breast cancer so why not support it?

These 28 rubgy and football players are stunning and the photographer (can’t find out who he is) does a great job of capturing their characters. You can get the photos either by buying prints, or in a calendar. Plus there’s bios and more on each player, and if you register, there’s videos and all sorts of other goodies.

These are just a few of the photos, there’s lots more on the site so support the cause and get over there and buy a print or a calendar – it’s a win win situation.

Photographer Mark Lynch’s work has been published in the U.S., Canada, the Czech Republic, Australia, Norway, Germany, and Brazil. Over the past decade Lynch’s images have appeared in magazines such as “BLUE” (Sydney) and “PLAYGIRL” (New York) as well as numerous photographic anthologies. Current projects include “Visions” (Bruno Gmuender, Berlin) and the acclaimed “BOYS” calendar series. The 2008 calendar will be the fourth consecutive year that has showcased Lynch’s photographs.
